Rarotongan Holiday Promotion October to December 2019 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

1. Entry into Tyrepower and Exclusive Tyre Distributors (ETD) Promotion October to December 2019, is achieved by purchasing any ETD brand tyres from Tyrepower during the Promotion period from 18th October 2019 to 13 December 2019 inclusive. These terms and conditions apply to all Entries.

2. On purchasing any ETD tyres during the Promotion period, one entry will be available to the Tyrepower Store sales person and the customer. Each entry needs to be validated with an invoice number. There are multiple options if the customer wishes to enter multiple times for the same purchase. Every retail transaction can give the Entrant 3 entries into the promotion. Details are outlined below:

a. Completing the entry form online or in store. (1 Entry)

b. Posting a picture of themselves & Tyrepower Rep to the Tyrepower Facebook page – Like, Comment and Share it! (1 Entry)

c. Visit the Tyrepower website and leave a review. (1 Entry)

3. There are 3 Retail Rarotongan Holidays and 1 Dealer Rarotongan Holiday to be won over the period of the competition.

4. The promotion will be drawn on the 20th December 2019. 3 Retail Entries will be randomly selected and each winning entry selected being awarded one prize each. 1 Dealer Entry will be randomly selected and winning entry selected being awarded one prize.

5. The Rarotongan Holiday is a trip for 2 Adults and 2 Children (Aged 11 Years and Under) to Rarotonga (Up to $3200 per Family) Which includes:

a. Return economy class flights from Auckland to Rarotonga.

b. Return airport transfer from the Airport to Accommodation.

c. Five (5) Night’s Accommodation.

6. Winners who chose to take the Rarotongan Holiday will be required to book with Flight Centre Manukau, Auckland. All dates are subject to availability and at the Hotel’s discretion depending on the level of occupancy and can vary without notice. Booking is subject to Flight Centre Manukau’s Terms and Conditions.

7. The Rarotongan Holiday redemption date for travel is 31/01/2020. The Rarotongan Holiday must be booked no later than this date or the Holiday is forfeited in full.

8. To be eligible to claim the prize, the travelling Adults must be 18 years of age, travelling with 2 children, 11 years and under and must be NZ or Australian Residents.

9. Proof of age and residency may be required to claim the prize and is at the discretion of Exclusive Tyres and Tyrepower.

10. The Rarotongan Holiday is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

11. Exclusive Tyres and Tyrepower reserves the rights to change these terms and conditions without notice and at any stage during the promotion.

12. Exclusive Tyres and Tyrepower are not including Travel Insurance in this promotion. Any insurance will be at the additional cost of the winner if they choose so and will be arranged with Flight Centre Manukau.

13. The Rarotongan Holiday cannot be transferred, redeemed, refunded for cash or exchanged for any other form of travel services.

14. This is a single use Rarotongan Holiday. Any un-used portion of the package is forfeited and is not redeemable for cash, other forms of credit or Travel services.

15. The Rarotongan Holiday will be deemed fully used once a qualifying booking has been made and confirmed to be available. The Rarotongan Holiday will not be re-instated, refunded or replaced, even in the event that the reservation is cancelled or changed.

16. Changes or cancellation may incur charges from Airlines, Hotels or other suppliers. The Customer is responsible to pay any such charges and cannot be applied to the Rarotongan Holiday. This includes extra travellers, extra nights, parking and other charges are applicable to your reservation and must be paid at the time the reservation is confirmed

17. To redeem the Rarotongan Holiday, email Kayla.Broughton.nz@flightcentre.co.nz and advise her in the email that you have a Tyrepower Rarotongan Holiday to redeem.

18. The Rarotongan Holiday cannot be applied to any costs or miscellaneous fees charged by the Hotel or Airline and incurred by the customer.

19. All results will be posted on Facebook and the winner will be contacted on their nominated phone numbers directly.

20. Exclusive Tyres, Tyrepower or Flight Centre Manukau will not be held accountable for costs if the winner cancels their holiday. Money will not be paid out to the promotion winner in exchange for cancellation by the winner.
